Settlement Demand Workspace

Write a demand outline using reviewed source references, treatment notes, economic amounts and exhibits, then export text and provenance.

What it does today

Session-only human-reviewed demand outline with loaded matter source references, liability facts, treatment chronology, economic amounts separated by currency, exhibits and requested amount. Text and source CSV exports; no extraction, AI generation, legal valuation, attachments or sending.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Settlement Demand Workspace from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Practice workflows family filter to find it.
  2. Enter the details the planner asks for.
  3. Review the proposed outcome, item by item.
  4. Edit or remove anything that is not right.
  5. Confirm to create the reviewed records in Clio.

Before you rely on it

Assemble treatment, damages, liability facts, exhibits, and a reviewed demand-package outline. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
