Relationship Wizard

Find an existing firm contact, describe their role and check duplicate relationships before linking them to the matter.

What it does today

Named firm contact search, descriptive roles and duplicate-role checks; does not change matter client or special billing contacts.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Relationship Wizard from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Contacts & intake family filter to find it.
  2. Enter the details the planner asks for.
  3. Review the proposed outcome, item by item.
  4. Edit or remove anything that is not right.
  5. Confirm to create the reviewed records in Clio.

Before you rely on it

Add clients, adverse parties, witnesses, counsel, adjusters, beneficiaries, or custom roles correctly. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
