Missing Time Detector

Inspect current matter records for direct time entry associations and identify activity that needs a manual billing check.

What it does today

Current-matter direct time-entry association review; narrative entries require manual checks.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Missing Time Detector from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Time & productivity family filter to find it.
  2. Search or filter to narrow the records shown.
  3. Open a row to inspect the source record in Clio.
  4. Read the coverage notes. Where Matterevo cannot read a source, it says so instead of guessing.

Before you rely on it

Find completed tasks, communications, and calendar events with no corresponding time entry. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
