Matter Snapshot

See the current matter’s key details, open tasks and recent activity together before deciding what needs attention.

What it does today

Read-only current-matter identity, ownership, stage, open/overdue tasks, next task date, unbilled-entry count and separately reported account balances. Optional denied projections remain explicit coverage gaps.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Matter Snapshot from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Matter workspace family filter to find it.
  2. Search or filter to narrow the records shown.
  3. Open a row to inspect the source record in Clio.
  4. Read the coverage notes. Where Matterevo cannot read a source, it says so instead of guessing.

Before you rely on it

Show client, responsible attorney, status, practice area, stage, open tasks, recent activity, balances, and next deadline without changing screens. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
