Lead Routing and Scoring

Score imported leads using saved firm rules, explain routing decisions, and record reviewed overrides before exporting the queue.

What it does today

Imported review packet only. Explicit routing/scoring rules, full encrypted rules-template CRUD, local override and CSV export. No AI inference, conflict clearance, live Grow connection, automatic routing or assignment updates.

How to use

In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Lead Routing and Scoring from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Contacts & intake family filter to find it.
Choose the records or sources to compare.
Inspect the evidence and differences side by side. Each finding links to its source record.
Decide what to do. This review does not change Clio on its own.

Before you rely on it

Apply visible user-configured deterministic intake rules with explained points and local human override. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.
