IP Docket Assistant

Maintain a source-linked intellectual property tracker with your own entries and reviewed CSV export, without calculating official deadlines.

What it does today

Human-entered, current-matter, source-pinned session tracker with reviewed CSV export. No official registry sync, legal deadline calculation, recurring task creation or compliance certification.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose IP Docket Assistant from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Practice workflows family filter to find it.
  2. Search or filter to narrow the records shown.
  3. Open a row to inspect the source record in Clio.
  4. Read the coverage notes. Where Matterevo cannot read a source, it says so instead of guessing.

Before you rely on it

Track marks, serial/registration numbers, offices, deadlines, specimens, renewals, and supporting documents. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
