Intake Completeness Checker

Check imported intake evidence against required fields, forms and appointments while distinguishing missing information from unknown coverage.

What it does today

Imported author-declared coverage only; required checks distinguish present, missing, unknown and needs-review. No live Grow reads, form content/signature validation, legal completeness certification or remote corrections.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Intake Completeness Checker from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Contacts & intake family filter to find it.
  2. Choose the records or sources to compare.
  3. Inspect the evidence and differences side by side. Each finding links to its source record.
  4. Decide what to do. This review does not change Clio on its own.
