Communication Risk Preflight

Review highlighted phrases in a local draft, acknowledge sensitive passages and check attachments before using the message elsewhere.

What it does today

Local draft phrase cues with exact highlighted passages, explicit attachment checklist and passage acknowledgments; semantic AI analysis and sending-app integration pending.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Communication Risk Preflight from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Communications family filter to find it.
  2. Choose the records or sources to compare.
  3. Inspect the evidence and differences side by side. Each finding links to its source record.
  4. Decide what to do. This review does not change Clio on its own.

Before you rely on it

Check a draft for unintended admissions, hostile tone, missing attachments, sensitive data, or uncertain promises. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
