Review current matter billing preparation checks and identify information that needs attention before proceeding with a bill.

What it does today

Current-matter billing-preparation checks; firm rules and billing-contact overrides require manual review.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Bill Readiness Checker from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Billing & payments family filter to find it.
  2. Choose the records or sources to compare.
  3. Inspect the evidence and differences side by side. Each finding links to its source record.
  4. Decide what to do. This review does not change Clio on its own.

Before you rely on it

Identify missing narratives, uncategorized expenses, incomplete tasks, stale WIP, and billing-contact problems. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
