Batch Task Triage

Triage assigned tasks across accessible matters and review status or date changes with independent checks for each matter.

What it does today

Cross-matter assigned-task queue with reviewed status/date changes, independently verified matter plans, ETag and assignment checks, account locking and stop-on-failure/unknown groups.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Batch Task Triage from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Tasks & calendars family filter to find it.
  2. Select the records you want to work on.
  3. Set the change you want to make.
  4. Review the planned change for each record. Nothing is written to Clio until you confirm.
  5. Confirm, then check the results list for any record that was skipped or failed.

Before you rely on it

Process overdue and upcoming tasks across all assigned matters from one queue. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
