Court Notice Handler

Find literal dates in pasted court notice text, verify the matter document, and approve individually named tasks before creation.

What it does today

Human-reviewed literal date selection from pasted text linked to an existing matter document; creates confirmed Pending tasks under the existing task payload contract with source text hashes, ETags and live source checks. No inbox detection, OCR, notice upload, relative date or jurisdiction-rule calculation.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Court Notice Handler from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Practice workflows family filter to find it.
  2. Enter the details the planner asks for.
  3. Review the proposed outcome, item by item.
  4. Edit or remove anything that is not right.
  5. Confirm to create the reviewed records in Clio.
