Firm Prompt Profiles

Save firm instruction profiles, review assembled guidance, and activate a profile for subsequent AI request previews in this session.

What it does today

Encrypted profile CRUD, guided editing, reviewed activation and clearing in the memory-only AI session, exact request previews, and local copy/text export. No legal-rule validation or firm-approval certification.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Firm Prompt Profiles from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the AI assistance family filter to find it.
  2. Enter the details the planner asks for.
  3. Review the proposed outcome, item by item.
  4. Edit or remove anything that is not right.
  5. Confirm to create the reviewed records in Clio.

Build reusable firm instruction profiles with tone, practice and jurisdiction guidance, prohibited behavior, source rules and ordered output sections. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
