Firm Data Hygiene Scanner

Inspect the current matter for selected contact, relationship, task and document data issues, with evidence to guide manual cleanup.

What it does today

Read-only verified current matter: client email format, repeated relationships, task names/status/dates and document names/locations. Not firmwide; no duplicate-person detection, required-field validation, confirmed orphan detection or batch fixes.

How to use

In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Firm Data Hygiene Scanner from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Matter operations family filter to find it.
Select the records you want to work on.
Set the change you want to make.
Review the planned change for each record. Nothing is written to Clio until you confirm.
Confirm, then check the results list for any record that was skipped or failed.
