Stage Playbooks

Prepare reusable stage plans, assign active task owners and manual dates, then review exact task creation before applying the plan.

What it does today

Reusable encrypted template CRUD, editable organizational components, active Clio task assignees, optional manual target dates and exact reviewed Pending-task creation through the journaled engine. Other folder, role, note and custom-field components remain manual outlines; no stage detection, stage changes or legal deadline calculation.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Stage Playbooks from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Matter operations family filter to find it.
  2. Enter the details the planner asks for.
  3. Review the proposed outcome, item by item.
  4. Edit or remove anything that is not right.
  5. Confirm to create the reviewed records in Clio.

Before you rely on it

Offer context-specific actions when a matter enters discovery, negotiation, closing, probate administration, or another stage. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
