Conflict Quick Scan

Search accessible contacts and matters for candidate matches to review, with visible coverage limits and no conflict clearance claim.

What it does today

Read-only accessible firm contacts and matter query candidates; 300 per collection per phrase. Does not search notes/history separately or issue conflict clearance.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Conflict Quick Scan from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Contacts & intake family filter to find it.
  2. Search or filter to narrow the records shown.
  3. Open a row to inspect the source record in Clio.
  4. Read the coverage notes. Where Matterevo cannot read a source, it says so instead of guessing.

Before you rely on it

Search contacts, matter relationships, matter descriptions, notes, and former names for potential matches. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
