Collections Queue

Prioritize current matter unpaid invoices, add session notes and payment promises, then export the queue for review.

What it does today

Current-matter unpaid invoice priority queue, user-entered promises and review notes, and CSV export; cross-matter queues, attorneys, communications and saved promises pending.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Collections Queue from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Billing & payments family filter to find it.
  2. Search or filter to narrow the records shown.
  3. Open a row to inspect the source record in Clio.
  4. Read the coverage notes. Where Matterevo cannot read a source, it says so instead of guessing.

Before you rely on it

Prioritize unpaid bills by age, amount, last communication, responsible attorney, and promised-payment date. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
