Outstanding Balance Banner

Inspect issued invoice balances and aging against session thresholds, keeping amounts separated by currency for the current matter.

What it does today

Current-matter issued revenue invoice warnings with per-currency balance and aging thresholds; persistent policies and automatic dashboard banner pending.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Outstanding Balance Banner from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Billing & payments family filter to find it.
  2. Search or filter to narrow the records shown.
  3. Open a row to inspect the source record in Clio.
  4. Read the coverage notes. Where Matterevo cannot read a source, it says so instead of guessing.

Before you rely on it

Display a configurable balance or age warning before staff begin new work. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
