Draft Bill Launcher

Review selected unbilled work, project discounts and taxes, and export a draft billing package without creating a bill.

What it does today

Read-only current-matter billable WIP selection with one-currency recorded amounts, issue/due/subject/reference/notes options, explicit assumed tax/discount projections, review approval and text/CSV exports. Bundled OpenAPI lacks a supported bill-creation operation, so no draft bill is created, launched or sent.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Draft Bill Launcher from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Billing & payments family filter to find it.
  2. Enter the details the planner asks for.
  3. Review the proposed outcome, item by item.
  4. Edit or remove anything that is not right.
  5. Confirm to create the reviewed records in Clio.

Before you rely on it

Prepare a reviewed package of current-matter unbilled work with selected entries, billing options, cent-based projections and local text/CSV exports. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
