Prebill Anomaly Detector

Inspect rule-based anomalies in unbilled entries and review supported narrative corrections without relying on generated billing facts.

What it does today

Explained deterministic missing/generic narrative, duplicate, negative/over-24-hour duration, same-user/type/currency rate outlier and mixed billable treatment signals; session dismissal and separately approved unbilled narrative edits. No AI inference or automatic correction.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Prebill Anomaly Detector from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Billing & payments family filter to find it.
  2. Choose the records or sources to compare.
  3. Inspect the evidence and differences side by side. Each finding links to its source record.
  4. Decide what to do. This review does not change Clio on its own.

Before you rely on it

Flag unusual rates, duplicate entries, improbable durations, vague narratives, and inconsistent nonbillable treatment. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.
