Discovery Index Builder

Build a searchable document index with reviewed dates, people, categories and production notes, then export the complete CSV.

What it does today

Editable searchable document index with human-reviewed production/date/people/category/tags and safe full CSV export. Session annotations do not modify Clio.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Discovery Index Builder from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Documents & research family filter to find it.
  2. Select the records you want to work on.
  3. Set the change you want to make.
  4. Review the planned change for each record. Nothing is written to Clio until you confirm.
  5. Confirm, then check the results list for any record that was skipped or failed.

Before you rely on it

Create a searchable index of production number, date, author, recipient, category, and issue tags. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
