Web Research Capture

Turn pasted webpage text into reviewed Markdown with source details, then export it or prepare a gated upload.

What it does today

Local deterministic capture of user-pasted webpage text as reviewed Markdown with HTTPS source, title, retrieved date and safe filename. Local export and handoff to existing gated upload review; no source fetch, current-tab access, summarization, PDF or automatic upload.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Web Research Capture from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Documents & research family filter to find it.
  2. Pick an option from the compact controls.
  3. Read the exact before and after values Matterevo shows.
  4. Confirm to apply the change, or close the tool to leave Clio unchanged.

Before you rely on it

Save a cleaned webpage as Markdown or PDF into the selected matter with source metadata. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
