Client Silence Alert

Check the recorded gap since client communication and inspect coverage before deciding whether follow-up is needed.

What it does today

Configured days-since-client-communication check; incomplete participants/dates suppress alerts, external contact remains outside coverage.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Client Silence Alert from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Communications family filter to find it.
  2. Search or filter to narrow the records shown.
  3. Open a row to inspect the source record in Clio.
  4. Read the coverage notes. Where Matterevo cannot read a source, it says so instead of guessing.

Before you rely on it

Flag matters where the client has not been contacted within the firm’s configured service standard. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
