Follow-Up Detector

Review filed email request cues, possible replies and existing follow-up tasks before creating a task you assign to yourself.

What it does today

Single-recipient filed email request cues, possible-reply and same-day chronology evidence, tagged-task detection, session dismissal and reviewed self-assigned task creation; external mailboxes, groups and semantic resolution pending.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Follow-Up Detector from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Communications family filter to find it.
  2. Search or filter to narrow the records shown.
  3. Open a row to inspect the source record in Clio.
  4. Read the coverage notes. Where Matterevo cannot read a source, it says so instead of guessing.

Before you rely on it

Find outgoing communications that appear to require a response but have no later reply or completed follow-up. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
