Opposing Counsel Reply Draft

Prepare a reply from your own source-backed points after confirming the filed message, recipient and role.

What it does today

Verified-scope filed incoming message, explicit recipient/role confirmation, user-written source-backed response points, tone wrappers, editable local reply and internal ledger; generative legal synthesis, saved firm style and sending integration pending.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Opposing Counsel Reply Draft from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Communications family filter to find it.
  2. Enter the details the planner asks for.
  3. Review the proposed outcome, item by item.
  4. Edit or remove anything that is not right.
  5. Confirm to create the reviewed records in Clio.
