Task Kits

Save reusable task kits with detailed creation settings, choose scheduling options and review each task before applying it.

What it does today

Named encrypted save/load/delete task library; per-task API creation settings, date offsets, explicit/undated/cascading scheduling and reviewed application to the verified matter.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Task Kits from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Tasks & calendars family filter to find it.
  2. Enter the details the planner asks for.
  3. Review the proposed outcome, item by item.
  4. Edit or remove anything that is not right.
  5. Confirm to create the reviewed records in Clio.

Before you rely on it

Create firm-configured bundles such as “Open litigation matter,” “Prepare closing,” or “New estate plan.” The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
