Stale Matter Warning

Check recorded matter activity against your chosen inactivity period and review the evidence behind a warning.

What it does today

Configurable inactivity window over verified profile and accessible task/document/activity/communication dates. Incomplete coverage suppresses stale conclusions; Open/open accepted.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Stale Matter Warning from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Matter workspace family filter to find it.
  2. Search or filter to narrow the records shown.
  3. Open a row to inspect the source record in Clio.
  4. Read the coverage notes. Where Matterevo cannot read a source, it says so instead of guessing.

Before you rely on it

Flag an open matter with no communication, task completion, time entry, or document activity for a configurable period. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
