What it does today

Read-only bounded accessible cross-matter due incomplete tasks and awaiting-payment revenue invoices. Per-record balances and incomplete evidence remain visible. No firm-wide clearance, missing-time inference, webhook/automation monitoring or automatic resolution.

How to use

In Clio, open Matterevo and choose Firm Exception Dashboard from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Practice workflows family filter to find it.
Search or filter to narrow the records shown.
Open a row to inspect the source record in Clio.
Read the coverage notes. Where Matterevo cannot read a source, it says so instead of guessing.

Before you rely on it

Show only items needing attention: overdue work, aging receivables, missing time, expiring webhooks, failed automations, and incomplete matters. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
