E-Signature Tracker

Import a signing status packet, compare matter document references, and export an evidence-based follow-up queue without contacting signers.

What it does today

Strict imported normalized provider-status snapshot matched to loaded Manage document IDs/names, reported signer and event evidence, date-reviewed outstanding queue and local CSV export. No provider authentication, live refresh, reminders or final-file placement.

How to use

  1. In Clio, open Matterevo and choose E-Signature Tracker from the Tool Library. Use the search box or the Practice workflows family filter to find it.
  2. Search or filter to narrow the records shown.
  3. Open a row to inspect the source record in Clio.
  4. Read the coverage notes. Where Matterevo cannot read a source, it says so instead of guessing.

Before you rely on it

Review an imported signer-status snapshot against loaded matter document references and export reported outstanding work. The current scope, including what the tool does not do, is listed under What it does today.

Matterevo works within your existing Clio permissions. Paying never grants additional Clio permissions.
